Homemade pierogis

Tonight I tried to make pierogis from scratch for the first time.  I was having a lot of fun and everything seemed to be going good, and for the most part they were…  OK.  Next time they’ll be better and I won’t use goat cheese for the filling.

**Actually I’d like to say that these were amazing after freezing them for a few days.  Boiling them for two minutes and then frying them also helped.   I rule.
